These two features are unavailable. In real world application they are very important, since it's almost impossible to understand the person if it isn't totally silent.

As it seems these feature are mostly proprietary implementation on stock roms. CM for instance doesn't seem to implement them. However they might be unneeded since there is a proper input channel which does exactly this without the proprietary implementation.
