The workaround for this issue to patch the config map. Once the below patch is applied, the existing policies are being mutated...

$ kubectl patch -n free5gc-cp configmap/nephio-binding-1-mutateexisting-trigger-configmap -p '{"data": {"data": "dummy1"}}'
