My journey into data analysis began while working for 3.5 yrs as a SAP UI5 Frontend Developer at Accenture, where I discovered my innate abilities in this field. There, I not only developed apps but also analyzed the data they generated, honing my analytical skills & helping my clients with crucial, data-driven business decisions.

Holding a Bachelor's degree in Electronics & Telecommunication, I bring a unique perspective to data analysis, blending technical proficiency with analytical acumen. Projects:

Supply Chain Analysis

In this project I conducted Supply Chain Analysis for AtliQ Mart, monitoring KPIs like On-Time %, In-Full %, On-Time & In-Full %, Line Fill Rate %, Volume Fill Rate % and Average Days of Delayed Delivery using Power BI. The dashboard created provides insights across cities, product categories and customers, enabling performance tracking, trend analysis, and optimization of supply chain efficiency.

Business Insights 360

In this project I implemented meticulous ETL process and a comprehensive analysis of AtliQ Hardware's 1.8 million transaction records from FY 2019 to FY 2022 across five critical business domains: Finance, Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Executive using Power BI. By integrating key business metrics such as Net Sales, COGS, Gross Margin %, Net Profit % and Forecast Accuracy % the dashboard offers a holistic view of AtliQ's performance.

Customer Cohort Analysis

In this project I implemented Customer Cohort Analysis on fictional Ecommerce dataset for 2017 using Acquisition Cohorts based on first transaction date using Alteryx Designer. Gained actionable insights related to Customer Churn, Product engagement and other relevant business metrics.

Consumer Goods Ad-Hoc Analysis

In this project I conducted Ad Hoc Analysis on 5.3 million records of AtliQ Hardware from Sep 2019 to Aug 2021, revealing key Financial insights into Customer, Product and Market trends and generating Supply Chain Forecast Accuracy reports using MySQL Workbench. I also automated reporting using 12 Stored Procedures, 4 Database Views, 2 Functions and 2 Database Triggers ensuring data integrity.

Employee Attrition Analysis

In this project I navigate through the core of HR Analytics, the art of deriving actionable insights from employee attrition data for 1470 employees using Microsoft Power BI. It involves identifying attrition patterns across parameters like Employee Demographics, Turnover & Wellbeing and providing data-backed insights and recommendations that breathe life into our employee retention strategies.

AtliQHardware: Sales & Finance Performance Analysis

In this project I explored AtliQ Hardware - Customer, Product and Market Performance data from 2019 to 2021. Using Microsoft Excel I crafted key Sales and Finance Reports for strategic decision making, leveraging ETL methodologies, Power Query, Data Modelling, DAX and Pivot Tables.

Mini Projects:

Wholesale Store Orders Data ETL

In this project I implemented the ETL process on a fictional Wholesale Store 2021 Orders Dataset using Alteryx Designer. It involved processing 482 Thousand Orders data from a Point of Sale (POS) system, as well as an export from the Order Returns department that is generated every month and finally exporting the transformed Orders and Customers data to be stored long-term in the Data Warehouse for reporting purposes.

US Regional Sales Analysis

This project involves analysis of US Regional Sales data for 2019 to optimize sales strategies by identifying top-selling products, revenue distribution & key metrics trends like average order value using Microsoft Power BI. This analysis was done as part of my Internship assignment at MeriSKILL June 2024.
