I keep getting this problem

I assume you tried refreshing? Could you send me the email you used to register at git.thisismydesign@gmail.com?

You could also try registering a new account and pressing Refresh a few times, if needed.

We exchanged a few emails but couldn't reproduce the issue. In theory, firewalls could cause this. Closing, as this seems to be a unique glitch. If anyone else has similar issues or more information let us know and we'll reopen this issue.

This could happen due to country vs google restrictions, similar to #89 (comment) or due to VPN or firewall use. Unless you can provide more info we cannot really help. E.g. did it used to work, when did it break, did you try creating a new account?

My firewall is disabled, never used a VPN before, i'm from brazil and never had any problems using any google services/API.

I just downloaded the last version of the program, first time running it, created an account fine, logged it, went to configure it, put my Session ID, season ID is OK according to program, but it can get my subscription, dunno why.

Never used the program before that.

Thanks. If you could try registering via VPN through europe that could be helpful.

For now, we don't receive information about errors which would be required to further debug this on our side. We'll hopefully have that sometime in the future.

Got the exact same problem. It used to work perfectly fine. Didn't use it for a couple of weeks, didn't work at the end of Meta, doesn't work now either ... refreshed the ID. Also creating a new acc didn't help. :(

using v1.10.5
