Is it possible to store a row as json?

You always can use fillUsing and transform your input before its stored

->fillUsing(function (NovaRequest $request, $model, $attribute, $requestAttribute) {
                $value = $request[$requestAttribute];
                $model->{$attribute} = json_encode($value);
            })
