Mod Menu shows a screen where it says the config did not load

Definitely gonna need more info than that.

Versions? (MC, NotifMod, Mod Menu, Cloth Config)
Your log after the error shows up would help. (/logs/latest.log)
Your NotifMod config file might help. (/config/notifmod.json)
