Windows version no controls configuration

So I want to play the mobile version of NFS Undercover as it is my first nfs game that I played. I have no idea how to set controller or keyboard to certain controls like tilt and other stuffs. And one thing, I cannot change orientation. Even the game is on landscape, the window will still be on portrait. Oh btw, is wpr still being worked on? I hope it gets optimized for older devices.
