How about an option that would push non-favorite apps to your home screen (where the favorite apps are) when they have active notifications?
Let's say I have a package tracker app that syncs up and gives me package tracking notifications throughout the day. That shows up in the notification tray in Android like it always has, but I can't see it on my home screen unless I pull the tray down, or scroll through the launcher and find the app.
What if those were pushed up where the favorites are, until the notification is dismissed? Then they're right there on my home screen when I unlock my phone, and I don't have to go looking for them.
Describe the solution you'd like
I'd like a toggle setting that, when enabled, would push apps to the home screen of the launcher if they have any active notifications, even if they aren't tagged as a favorite app.
This would make notifications visible without having to pull down the notification tray, or go looking through the app list.
