Remove custom code

X-total-count is not part of baucis. We should remove it as a way of getting the total number of elements, and let the user provide us with a custom method to add metadata.Additionnaly, these headers https://github.com/wprl/baucis/wiki/HTTP-Headers should be implemented.
Some of the methods of the query builder are also not standard.
