Repro steps.

Attempt to use the Portal NPCLooksLikeObject at location @teleloc 0xA1A30131 [88.865700 149.142000 48.737000] 0.000000 0.000000 0.000000 -1.000000 that requires Fletching Spec'ed to use. On successfully usage, nothing happens.

The log given by the failure.

No logs

Desired functionality.

EmoteType.TeleportTarget needs to be completed for the Cavern "portal" (44075) in the cave in Glendon Wood to work.

Cavern object has Use and LongDescription strings that are not displaying in the appraisal, also.

44075 Cavern.sql needs to be updated to include (44075, 19, False) /* Attackable */ so the creature/fake portal doesn't spam error messages, try to attack players (and fail) and move randomly.
