Summary:

Games added to GOG Galaxy BETA via this integration do not show in the recent games subsection nor do they show any playtime on game specific pages.

Replication steps:

  • Launch PS2 game from GOG BETA client with this integration.
  • Play said game for a bit.
  • Exit said game by closing the PCSX2 window.
  • Navigate in the GOG Galaxy BETA client to the recent section or to the all games library with the last played filter active.
  • Note that the recently tested PS2 game is not present at front of the list as you'd expect.

Expected result:

Game activity as well as game time tracking to be reflected within the GOG galaxy BETA UI.

Additional info:

  • Windows 10 Enterprise N LTSC 1809
  • PCSX2 1.5.0-dev-3287-g6392f79fb
  • PS2 integration plugin 0.5.1
  • GOG Galaxy BETA 2.0.5

I've re-tested and am unable to replicate this. Please attach your logs (C:\ProgramData\GOG.com\Galaxy\logs) or at least the plugin and GalaxyClient log.

The logs show an error that should have been fixed with version 0.5.1 and that I don't get anymore on that version and the later one. Can you do a clean install with version 0.5.2 (the latest commit) and let me know if it's fixed?

You will be pleased to hear that after doing a fresh install the activity tracking function seems to be working as intended.
