I doubt this works, somebody started refactoring it, but didn't finish it looks like.

In the meantime, the project has been migrated to https://github.com/SmartDataAnalytics/SemWeb2NL

Not sure if it still works, but may I ask you what you want to do with the tool? What is your use-case?

There is also another fork by @DiegoMoussallem afaik, https://github.com/dice-group/LD2NL maybe that one works
