Define in v7d_transform a shortcut for creating output in dballe-compatible csv format, now it is necessary to type

--output-format=csv --csv-loop=time,timerange,level,ana,network,var \
--csv-column=ana,network,time,level,timerange,var,value

e.g. define --output-format=csvdba

done, use --output-format=csvdba in v7d_transform.
