This won't be directly possible, because the .js source reveals (line#1709, or search for "function setZoomTileLayer") that they are all pre-rendered tiles, so contain no actual data with which to do any comparison. The labels themselves come from a renderLabels function (L#1469) which itself relies on a geoJSON stored as a links object, the data for which is inaccessible. So that's mostly a no-go, unless we do some kind of crappy manual sampling ...?
