[new feature] additional separate tab just for face restoration

Restoring faces on old photos or previously generated images

Describe the solution you'd like
Create a separate tab just for face restoration so you could select an image (ie. an old photo) and process it to restore the face.
You can also choose method: codeformer/gpfpgan/...

Describe alternatives you've considered
use another repo: https://github.com/sczhou/CodeFormer
but it is better to use already integrated feature in automatic1111 ;)
so hopefully would be easy to implement it and add huge functionality (many people have some old photos of the family with poor quality)

I second this. Separating unrelated features, like scalers and fixers, feels quite natural IMHO.

A specific fixers tab could eventually be composed of multiple panels, by "type of fixers" (face, hands, textures...).

This is an extra step for something that can be done automatically in mass generations with a few checkboxes. I'm against this.

You are right, but because of other params it is confusing for new users. But I agree if we can get good description in readme.md to leave it as it is :)

In extras tab, it is not clearly mentioned, which setting and which one of all those are for face restoration. As a new user, it is very confusing. Untill I read this page, i was searching for face restoration in all tabs. Thanks @hd-x
