STDIN support, replaces #4 #8

Some commands when given no arguments failed (like base64 and xxd, as per #4) and this has been fixed by showing a help message.

to stay more in line with the unix equivilants, stdin should be used if available, and a help message shown only if stdin cannot be opened.
