Does spline support detailed column relationships, for example, The upstream of the column upstream

If you mean relationship between columns (aka attribute level lineage), then yes, Spline can do it.
In the current version this type of lineage is displayed as a highlighted path in a logical plan graph.
In the upcoming Spline 0.6 it will be also available as a separate graph, and also end-to-end.
