This matrix contains all the builds we discussed except Linux no-python builds (was getting errors) and Windows debug build (still need to try it).

Just realized the issue with the failing Linux no-python builds may have to do with not sending the same flags when the "Example" project is built. It's late so I'll try that later this week and add those builds in a separate commit.
