Should there be something about eligibility for the Chair and Vice Chair positions, for instance does it have to be a voting TAC member? Would a project TAC representative be eligible? Or is that already covered in a separate document? |

Sounds reasonable to me and resembles the way DigiPro chairs have rotated, with very successful results.
