Integrated GraphQL Query support into Activiti-Cloud-Demo-Ui example using Apollo Client JS libraries.

Important:

Requires fresh rebuild of activiti-cloud-query Docker image with activiti-cloud-query-graphql-service using graphql-jpa-query version 0.3.3 from develop branch dependencies.

@mauriziovitale can I ask you some help with this PR? By cherry-picking the changes from the PR to develop?
Basically @igdianov did some hacks because we weren't using NPM before, I bet that you can add those Apollo libs that are referenced here as NPM dependencies and move the JS code to your Angular 5 app, it will save us a lot of time. I just merged your PR so the new app should be in the develop branch.

@igdianov I've just asked @mauriziovitale some help to move your changes to the Angular 5 app (that is using NPM already)
