Опять всплывает поганое окошко с поганым поделием от яндеха, неделю его не было и вот началось снова, приложение установлено с платным ключом, но оно тоже не помогает, как и браузерное расширение, и ручная блокировка так же бесполезна.

Тоже не повторяется. Проверьте обновление фильтров вручную, а затем сам сайт. Желательно еще очистить кэш / куки браузера.

#68441 (comment) на iOS это не убрать.
#68441 (comment) расширение лимитировано в своих возможностях, поможет AdGuard for Mac. Вам нужно будет включить русский фильтр и AdGuard Extra в настройках программы.
