WARNING, AdguardSvc, 24, 10.08.2019 20:37:27.121, Adguard.Core.Common.Logging.CoreLoggerAdapter | AGProxySession: [id=1000979-h1] data chunk was dropped by protocol filters due to buffer overflow

@zloyden is able to reproduce this issue easily so please contact him.
