Not specifying the cache to use results in it trying to write to the vendor folder. Writing to the vendor folder results is not possible though, thus resulting in permission errors.

We need to cache the
$rulesusing a Symfony cache adapter, otherwise the vendor library tries to cache them inside thevendorfolder, where it doesn't have permission to do so, resulting in errors.
