[BUG] Country list picker shows when submitting payment details

Describe the bug
When submitting the payment details, the country list picker shows up quickly then goes away before the card component is dismissed. It only happens intermittently, however it always seems to happen on the first payment made after the app is opened.

To Reproduce

1. Close the app completely and reopen it.
2. Open the payment card component.
3. Enter all payment details.
4. Submit the payment details.

Expected behavior
The payment details should be submitted and the country list picker should not appear.

We have reproduced this bug, but have not yet investigated a fix.
Is this a blocker?

It would be good if this is prioritised please. This should be happening to anyone who uses Component integration.

Or, if you have a workaround, that would be great.
