Attachments in branch v10

There is no way to upload attachments in Forum for TYPO3 10.x. The relevant parts in templates are commented out.
When can we expect to get this important function working again?

this requires a complete rewrite and is one of the last things on the list as it depends on a lot of things:

• File Management
• File Right Management Upload
• File Right Management Download
• Security Testing
• Usage of FAL
