a watch flag (without ui) would be good and peeky ui (without open by default the browser) i found myself with 5 tabs of peeky ui open because every time i run it a new tab is opened.

There is now a command to run the server without opening the UI in the default browser: peeky server (the UI is still loaded when going to the root URL of the server)
