Add dark mode to cards used in Demo Section Page

Describe the bug
Dark Mode effect is not added to the technology section used cards

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to 'https://time-warp-two.vercel.app/DemoSection'
2. Scroll down to 'Technology Used'

Expected behavior
After adding the proper effect, it will be known hover can tell it will be dark mode when pressed
