Remove the use of Theme Installer. Having composer added Themes inside a "Themes" directory doesn't solve or help anything. Makes it harder to deal with.

Update installer to then create a "Themes" folder in root, and update the laravel project composer.json to add a autoloading namespace of "AldrumoThemes" to point to that folder.
