Current system is AMD GPU, Windows, Python 3.9. If this library is updated for these specs, it could be useful.

Alternatively, could look into shifting to lower Python version on Windows. Or look into Linux usage for simplicity.

After testing on NVIDIA GPU, it is clear that this can massively be improved with better hardware. Problem with the NVIDIA GPU used is it's on a laptop that cannot feasibly run Dolphin. With the shortage of NVIDIA GPUs, this is not likely to be solved in the near future. Hoping on Pytorch ROCm Windows support
