Trying to fix bullet points

Purpose

I intended to add bullet points for prompts under Other details in each template. They rendered as asterisks though. I change * to - in an attempt to fix this.

this is worth trying, but i think it's more likely to be a spacing thing? we might need a new line before the bullets. if this doesn't work, try tat!
