They have dropout scores, but not weights

44 ophys_experiment_ids
None are in the problem sessions
If we exclude passive sessions, there are 32 ophys_experiment_ids
They are all mesoscope sessions
All of them collected between 09/04/2020 and 10/13/2020
I suspect this means its a sampling rate issue

yes, all of the problem experiments are on this list of sessions to be removed: AllenInstitute/visual_behavior_analysis#794
