This project is my first Python project in which I tried to show my programming skills.
A telegram bot that analyzes the license plate from a photo of the vehicle sent by the user and uploads some data (license plate, current photo, etc.) to the database. Also receives a photo of the car from the database by the license plate sent by the user.
