第一步:番茄开水烫表皮,放入冷水,去掉外皮
第二步:番茄切块
第三步:鸡蛋打入碗中,加入 人数*1g 盐,搅拌均匀
第四步:点火 起锅 放油,油数量为 鸡蛋数量 * 4 ml
第五步:油冒烟,倒入鸡蛋,煎10秒左右(或者煎的那面微微发黄即可);
第六步:鸡蛋煎好,关火,放入盘子中,不要洗锅! 点火,直接放入切好的番茄!
第七步:番茄用锅铲打烂,翻炒,知道番茄看着已经很烂的程度!
第八步:番茄已经很烂了,放入已经煎好的鸡蛋,快速的搅拌,直至与番茄融合。
第九步:依据个人口味,放入 人数 * 0.5g 的盐,胡椒粉;搅拌均匀;
第十步:关火,开饭!
