Per the documentation the provider's result set should be modeled as:

{
  "data": {...}
}

However, it returns without the top-level data key--which is how the API results return:

/rest/310/MasterData/city?dataKey=86f169071a3c5a16812fa8d089f871d0f4d7cc4d&oql=name="BRIDGEWATER" and countryCode="US"
