Q: I am getting a message that my Performance Counter cache is corrupted. How can I fix this?

  • To fix this, you need to run a CMD command as administrator:
    1. Open Start Menu
    2. Search for "Command Prompt"
    3. Right click on "Command Prompt"
    4. Click "Run as Administrator"
    5. Type in this command and press enter: C:\windows\system32\lodctr /r
    6. If you receive an error, run this instead: C:\windows\syswow64\lodctr /r
  • If you are still getting the message. Please follow the steps in this article:

Q: I get an error when re-installing the app.

  • There may be a .sys file in the install directory that has an exclusive lock on it.
  • Please restart your PC and try the install again.

Q: Sidebar freezes when tethering an Android phone.

  • It is a Windows driver issue. Visit this link to fix.

Q: Could I help contribute to localizing the app to my language?

  1. Clone it using git.
