Proxy support

First off, I am a big fan of the idea behind this project.

As Postman recently likely forced quite some enterprise users to either create an account or basically loose the nice functionalities of the software, I think a lot of people will be looking around for a replacement.

Afaik Insomnium so far doesn't offer the option to route your requests via a proxy server, right? Maybe I missed it, but I couldn't find it in the 0.21 interface. I think this feature is going to be relevant for quite some amount of users.

Although I have no prior experience with coding desktop apps, I would offer my support in working on this feature, should it be useful for others as well. I think I'd need some help getting started, but I'm happy to learn as I go :-)

Go to Settings and scroll down. It's not very clear that you can scroll down on this screen. It's at the bottom:

And yeah. I've been testing Insomnium using proxyman with this

I guess the more general UX issue is that there is no indication that the settings screen is scrollable. It's the same upstream in Insomnia.
And more designers seem to think it's OK to hide the fact that a screen can be scrolled. MacOS and Gnome screenshots for reference.

yeah I can add a scroll-bar too; I guess this is the downside of too much minimalism
