You can update the firmware by plugging in the Jumperless while holding the USB Boot button and dragging firmware.uf2 into the drive that pops up named RPI-RP2.
If you're on Mac, just drag JumperlessWokwiBridge.app into your applications folder and run it. A Terminal window should pop up asking you to select which Wokwi Project to run.
If you're not on Mac, run JumperlessWokwiBridge.py in Thonny.
