is it right open source licence?

ライセンスによると再配布や改変が非営利限定なのですが、これでは単に”ソース公開版”ではないのでしょうか。
"オープンソース"ならばOSIの定義に順守してほしいのですが…

プレスリリースからオープンソースの文字を消せばいいとおもいますよ

githubのTerm of Servicesによると、リポジトリを公開した時点で他人にview, forkされることに
同意したことになるようなので、このライセンスだとgithubをつかうのは不適切です。
