tbh, the long thread on one page made it kind of nice to Search in Page (except for if it hides the replies) |

However, other GTK+3 applications do not behave this way; just hovering over a menu is not sufficient to light it up. For personal use, I’m changing that to (I had to uncomment the inclusion of (I’m on GNU/Linux (Xubuntu 22.04) and using a non-default GTK+3 theme Arc-Dark.) |

Re.curved tabs (thanks those are finally gone! Does this mean that it is no longer possible to have tabs with rounded corners at top? As in my current 102.12? Have started using the 4.3.9 with FF 114 - If rounded top corners (including hopefully tabs with more depth) are still possible, what would be a css to begin with? |

Why the confused emoji? Would be helpful if you explain. Thanks. |

Can this be hidden? I don't understand them making it persistent in the navbar, and also giving us a toolbar button? |

v4.3.9 w/FF 114 Bug? Findbar at top close icon does nothing, no way to dismiss it. Set to bottom works properly. |

Just got FX 116 today and I noticed they have made a few changes. One of them is under Bookmarks: Search Bookmarks Can this be hidden like menubar_bookmarks_popup_other_item_hidden.css is? Another one I noticed are the separator lines seem shorter than before. They don't go the full length to the right. Not sure if this can be changed, but it looks uneven to me, especially on the right-click context menu. I'm using popup_compact_menus.css. |

Looks like #urlbar .urlbarView-results > .urlbarView-row[has-url] > .urlbarView-row-inner > .urlbarView-url {
margin-top: 2px !important;
padding-inline-start: calc(6px + 1px + 16px) !important;
} seemed to have fixed it on my end for now. |

Don't know if this was mentioned earlier, but in Firefox ≥116 the urlbar-dropdown does not appear when start typing. |

Hi, I'm not sure if this is caused by the CSS fix or not but ever since the newest FF update (126) and newest CSS fix (v4.5.2), my address bar didn't show the first bookmark it has to show and usually shows. For example typing "add-on" would bring up the (https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/?browse=featured) but it will show the second most used bookmark instead. I used the |

How do I make all my tabs have BOLD fonts? I found this, but it only makes the SELECTED tab bold.
I have tried all sorts of other things, but none work for me. The first try, just removing "[selected]" didn't get me anywhere. |

I just discovered that some web pages are now adding a "skip to content" link, which is normally HIDDEN.
One of the worse things is that this link may or may not exist. I guess I have to get mad at webpage designers for that. Firefox should offer a way to disable that piece of garbage. If designers wanted to make it easier to get to the main content, why don't they just redesign their pages? |

My navigation bar (and I right about that being the toolbar with the URL and add-on icons) has a white background. When I switch windows to HIGH CONTRAST mode, the background is black. It seems not to matter which high contrast theme I choose.

This is a very niche issue but I can't seem to figure it out myself. I'm about to go from 118 to 127 and am using nightly to make sure everything looks exactly the same and making adjustments as needed. I got just about everything except one thing: There's a highlight border around the urlbar/findbar that glows when you click it. In 118, it'll disappear on the urlbar if you start typing for suggestions to show. Otherwise it shows as expected. In 127 (Nightly), however, clicking the urlbar doesn't have the highlight border unless you click out of the bar. The findbar doesn't have this issue. Is there any way to remedy this? I have an example image below demonstrating the issue. |

I've used Classic Theme Restorer for years and am familiar on how to change the various aspects. I hadn't updated Firefox on my laptop for probably over a year, but just went to v127.0 from probably 90 something. Most things are working fine expect for a couple of things like the back and forward buttons and my "+" for a new tab is hidden off the screen. Worst thing is when I type in the address bar, previous addresses come up and hide what I'm typing making it very difficult to put in an address, etc. My problem is that when I change any options in userchrome.css, nothing changes in Firefox - nothing. Not sure what I'm doing wrong as I'm changing the file in the profiles directory and I've done this many times before. Any suggestions would be appreciated. I've included a screenshot in case this helps. |

@Aris-t2 A follow-up to #308 (comment): I think Here's the new code that I use for Fx119-122 notification-message[message-bar-type="infobar"] {
--close-icon-size: 24px !important;
}
.notification-content {
padding-block: inherit !important;
}
.notification-button {
font-size: 0.9em !important;
min-height: 24px !important;
}
.infobar > .icon {
margin: 8px 0 !important;
margin-inline-start: 16px !important;
} and for Fx123+ button[type~="icon"] {
background-size: 12px !important;
}
.container {
padding-block: inherit !important;
}
.notification-button {
font-size: 0.9em !important;
min-height: 24px !important;
} The diff is as follows -notification-message[message-bar-type="infobar"] {
- --close-icon-size: 24px !important;
+button[type~="icon"] {
+ background-size: 12px !important;
}
-.notification-content {
+.container {
padding-block: inherit !important;
}
.notification-button {
font-size: 0.9em !important;
min-height: 24px !important;
}
-.infobar > .icon {
- margin: 8px 0 !important;
- margin-inline-start: 16px !important;
-} but if I blend them together we can cover 119-123+ without breaking anything (AFAICT anyway) notification-message[message-bar-type="infobar"] {
--close-icon-size: 24px !important;
}
.notification-content, .container {
padding-block: inherit !important;
}
.notification-button {
font-size: 0.9em !important;
min-height: 24px !important;
}
.infobar > .icon {
margin: 8px 0 !important;
margin-inline-start: 16px !important;
}
button[type~="icon"] {
background-size: 12px !important;
} |

Aris, another potential update: I locally changed the color for the tracking-protection icon. I use For my local code I used the rules from :is(#urlbar-input-container,.urlbar-input-container)[pageproxystate="valid"] > #tracking-protection-icon-container > #tracking-protection-icon-box > #tracking-protection-icon
{ fill: #40AA40 !important }/* rgb(64,170,64) */
:is(#urlbar-input-container,.urlbar-input-container)[pageproxystate="valid"] > #tracking-protection-icon-container > #tracking-protection-icon-box[hasException] > #tracking-protection-icon
{ fill: orangered !important }
:is(#urlbar-input-container,.urlbar-input-container)[pageproxystate="valid"] > #tracking-protection-icon-container > #tracking-protection-icon-box:not([hasException])[active] > #tracking-protection-icon
{ fill: #40AA40 !important }/* rgb(64,170,64) */ I do not know, though, how this could fit into Note that I did not test with default light or dark mode. You use in the style file already green and light green, red and orange (and also already BTW there also exist two bluish files:

Hi Aris or anyone with a suggestion for this issue with Fx 128 (in preparation to use the 130 esr when it arrives in September). Instead of rebuilding the wheel completely, I am using everything from my current 115.13 esr, except for CSS where I have introduced the latest CSS-> about:preferences from the v.4.5.4, which fixes a problem where the checkboxes in Settings were misaligned. As far as I can tell the only remaining issue is with the Clear Recent History dialog, which now shows as Instead of As it lacks the granularity of the one I'm used to, this current Clear Recent History dialog is pretty much unusable as is. Wondering if you can suggest a fix for this in order to restore the original. Thanks |
