Describe the bug

https://dexplorer.ark.io/api/v2/delegates

The last block is missing from many delegates. The field gets updated correctly when a new block is applied. On node startup the last block gets populated based on the last round apparently, with the height field missing.

Expected behavior

Every delegate with forged blocks should have a last block.
