ARK Wallet Issues

I have experienced multiple issues using the ARK Desktop wallet.

1. The ARK Desktop wallet does now notice my ledger nano S is connected to my computer at any point. I have closed all other apps on the computer and it does not recognize the ledger.

2. The Desktop app also has issues where it freezes and you cannot select an action. This bug caused me to create two wallets but I was only aware of the first instance causing me to send coins to the second wallet, but only record the passphrase of the first wallet.

This wallet has some serious issues that I hope developers will fix.

Hi. Regarding your Ledger, have you updated to 1.5.5? We sent out a tweet regarding that and also brought it up a few times in Slack. There were issues on Ledger's side between the 1.5.5 update and the Ledger Ark app that is provided.

I've not been able to recreate any issues with creating multiple wallets at the same time. I've even modified the wallet so I can press the button as many times as I like, and it still only creates 1 wallet, and never modifies the original. Please do a screen recording of this since we've had no other reports and I can't reproduce the same results.
