Broken Transfer modal when using AIP13 and no wallet is selected

I'm not 100% sure, but I believe that in earlier versions, there was a modal that would let you choose an address when you clicked on an AIP13 URL. In the current version, I get an empty Transfer modal.

This is the URL that was used: ark:ALoTtoEWx8MCrpUmPT65ooNd2RAHdw8wRX?label=ArkLand%20Raffle&amount=5&vendorField=h6w-xuniVo-ticket180. It works fine when I have an address selected on the desktop wallet.
