fix: resolve issues resulting from latest dependency updates

A few expected issues arose from the latest major dependency updates.

• secp256k1 changed their public API in the 4.0 release https://github.com/cryptocoinjs/secp256k1-node
• TailwindCSS now has PurgeCSS integrated
• Downgraded animate.css back to 3.0 because of TypeError: Cannot read property 'name' of undefined animate-css/animate.css#1056
