Current behavior
The comment section built under #51 is supposed to let users add their pictures but does not work

Expected behavior
Enable users to add pictures to their comments

TO DO

  • Modifs to UI to enable file upload field
  • Send file to server
  • Rename file with ID
  • Upload file to S3
  • Save link in task's comment
  • Add the credential files in digital ocean when pushing
  • Display a waiting screen
  • Display the picture in the comment screen once the upload is complete
  • Limit the file size to 5 mo
