Hello. I installed today on macOS 12.3 (21E230). I'm not sure what diagnostic information is desired.

After the installation, I was asked to log in to the recovery environment and there I completed part 2 of the installer with all the security warnings, etc. I followed the directions as written, (I believe so, anyway!) and when I rebooted into Asahi from the boot loader, the machine appears to boot, as my keyboard LEDs and caps lock LED will trigger on and off, and my mouse also lights up.

I tried unplugging HDMI and plugging it in but my monitor goes to sleep no matter what. I tried Control+Alt+F1-F12 to try and get a TTY but to no avail.

Here are my machine details. Any help is appreciated.

  Model Name:	Mac mini
  Model Identifier:	Macmini9,1
  Chip:	Apple M1
Total Number of Cores:	8 (4 performance and 4 efficiency)
  Memory:	16 GB
  System Firmware Version:	7459.101.2
  OS Loader Version:	7459.101.2

Output of diskutil list, I can't see any obvious signs of an existing partition. Hmm. I also never made it to the setup screen after going through the recovery OS post-install procedure.

The display initialization done in m1n1 is unfortunately not very robust, see AsahiLinux/m1n1#159. The easiest workaround you can try right now is annoyingly a different display.
Please provide details about your display in the linked issue.
