Adds Comic Sans MS to sigfont pool

Adds the Comic Sans MS font to the available pool of fonts that can be selected in Character Setup. This was prompted by the below forum post:

Only a few web-safe fonts are available, and Comic Sans MS is the only one that looks vaguely like handwriting, so this closes that gap.

After considerable demand from veteran administrators, NanoTrasen announced this morning that a handwriting-recognition system has been implemented into the company's HR systems. This enables employees to submit a hand-written copy of their official signature if they so choose, as an alternative to the classic digi-pen method.

Employees are advised to write in simple, plain style to assist the system; lexicographical recognition is not a priority NanoTrasen project, and the company will accept no responsibility for misreadings or other legibility issues stemming from hand-written signatures. Simple, clean strokes with no linking, serifs or other flourishes have the best results.
