Suggestion - Option to change format of 'Posted Date'

Currently, on both the Jobs List and the Single Job layouts, the posted date format shows as:

"2 days ago", "1 week ago"

It would be great to have an option to instead show the actual date:

"August 18"

I've installed this for an employment agency, they still print the jobs to put up on corkboard for their clients, and the date format doesn't make sense once it's static.
