Describe the bug
After opening a context menu and resizing the window, I can't move it around. This is happening when ExtendClientAreaToDecorationsHint is set to True.

To Reproduce

  1. Clone Issue with avalonia shell after opening context menu eugenenekh/Avalonia_Boilerplate#2
  2. Open a context menu
  3. Resize the window
  4. Confirm that we can't move the window around

Expected behavior
I should be able to move the window around.

Additional context

  • Reopening the context menu and closing it allows us to move the window around (until the next resize)
  • If the context menu is never opened, this issue never occurs
