Hi,

I think you just need to add the dependencies in setup.py.

Although I am using linux for some projects, I am not a linux guy and I would fear not to do things correctly.
Example : It is unclear for me if I must use install_requires (setuptools) or requires (distutils).
If you have informations to help me, I can try to create an account on Pypi.
