This would come in handy in a scenario where the user's Internet connection is available but censored, yet email is allowed. So the user wouldn't be able to reach a public gateway, but they're able to connect to an SMTP/POP3/IMAP server.

From an architectural standpoint, the change should be minimal as we're just placing an email server between the private gateway and its corresponding public gateway.

We may want to use steganography (#44). See also #41.

(Inspired by SOAP bindings; Delta Chat does something similar)
